This unique micro-lot produced by Mauricio Shattah is a wonderful combination of processing and exotic variety. The diminutive Mokka variety exudes tropical fruit flavors when processed anaerobically, but remains balanced with a delicate vanilla sweetness thanks to the innate sweetness of this bourbon mutation.
